Wheels for v2.2.3 #154

Pushed wheels with the recent patches to idealenthalpysingle and the Property struct. Feel free to build and push wheels for linux/windows before merging :)

I will merge with main after including PR-149 and then build new wheels. PR-149 affects the windows wheel.

Added win32/amd64 and manylinux wheels. The wheels have been uploaded to pypi.
