Rename plugin #9

Meanwile the plugin can do far more than just automate blinds. Its basically a full finite state machine. The plugin name should reflect this.

I'd suggest autostate ;)

autostate would be the easiest way, but I'm currently thinking about "StateEngine" to be absolutely clear about the functionality. First ideas are as following:

Clone into new repository
Rename to StateEngine
Remove all functionality which is currently considered as obsolete in AutoBlind (#8)
Change attribute prefix from as* to se*
Provide script to adapt shNG config files (should be a simple search/replace action)
Backport bug fixes to AutoBlind repository for some time.

SmarthomeNG now has a separate plugins Repository. I'm quite sure that you could get access there to directly push your plugin updates. Maybe just ask msinn, psilo or someone else from the team?

Any news on renaming and putting the plugin in the official repo ;)? I'd still prefer autostate, but anything is more fitting than autoblind. Doesn't the as_ stand for autostate?

Have done the rename here: https://github.com/onkelandy/plugins/tree/stateengine/stateengine PR already created. Added a script and documentation as web interface.
