Movies and Collages don't work at all in XP and have issues in Win7 #14

From Terry on the Forum:
Collage function not saving created collage. When the Create Collage 
button is pressed, it just flashes in & out. I am using Picasa version 
3.80 build 117.43.0, PicasaStarter 1.4.5, running on XP.

looks like the main issue is with XP 
There's additional minor issues with Win7 not displaying the drive letter 
for collage folder and "locate on disk" function not working.

Added Question 6 to the Wiki and FAQ pages describing a work-around that helps 
usability in Win7.  XP can only view.

This is a Picasa issue and can't be cleaned up completely with PicasaStarter.
