Join 3+ developer names with commas #13

Hi Ro!

We've been doing a lot of 3-way "pairing" at Loosecubes and decided we would prefer "Peter, Paul, and Mary" style author names versus "Peter and Paul and Mary".

If you like it, pull it in. If not, don't! :)

If I was going to break 4 years of consistency for a formatting tweak, I would have chosen something more scannable, like Person One + Person Two + Person Three, not less. :/

It had been a long-requested feature, I had just been dragging my feet and Colin came to the rescue! Besides, for the normal pair situation, the formatting remains the same: Rogelio J. Samour and Tim Pope
