Add Hitch::Assets to handle downloading gravatar images and merging them.

To do list:

[ ] Allow any number of users to merge their images (for example, hitch tlehman therubymug poblahblahblah ronnycarr would successfully merge all four avatars
[ ] Use RMagick or switch to pure Ruby library like chunky PNG

@tlehman it's not passing on TravisCI. :-/

@therubymug I noticed its only under ruby 1.8.7, should we even have a job for a version that's no longer supported?

@tlehman good question. I'll make a commit that removes 1.8.7 and then you can pull those changes into your fork.
