Create the /tournaments page #221

Right now, I only use /tournaments to check which tournaments exist. It's not user friendly. It should contain:

A nice header
A detailed list of currently running tournaments
A smaller list of upcoming tournaments
A table on the bottom with prior tournaments
A section with an explanation what a tournament is, how it works, and how to create one (you ask Joey to create one)
