Add a route group for footer pages

• Created a new Route Group to group all of the Footer routes together
• All routes that used client-side functionality are wrapped and the others are the route directly.
• Removed the dependency on nextjs-redirect and using the native next/navigation redirect instead
• Added eslint-plugin-import and eslint-import-resolver-typescript as eslint dependencies so that we eslint can resolve typescript path aliases
• Create the blog post routes by using generateStaticParams
• Added a path alias for the /src folder and for /app to make the migration easier
