added minify version and minify task #67

Every package comes with minify version why not this?

Added Minify Version
Able to make minify version with the suffix ".min"

Does this only minify CSS? I think sass & less file doesn't need to be minified.

Minify task is optional but, You can't say the sass or less file doesn't need to be minified. Think, Now this project is small/not heavy & there is doesn't any good result after minified the output. But sometimes we need the file to be minified for production if I'm going to use this as standalone.
