- Updated csproj files to 1.5.0 for the primitives library and 1.1.0 for the extension packages
- Reformatted csproj files to fit .editorconfig coding standards (sorry, this makes a mess of the diff)
- Set documentation generation in csproj appropriately to avoid build errors depending on build order
- Updated dependencies in non-published projects to ensure testing harnesses use the same xunit and version
- Updated SourceLink everywhere applicable
