Implement the Hyakunin Ikki event endpoint #33

I don't really think there'd be an actual good use for those considering everyone already forgot about the event but 100% coverage amirite.

PS: I'm making an issue cause I spend too much time on other projects and need to somehow force myself to remember to do this too.
