Excuse me, I check UID: 800414856 but the system return "Could not find user; uid may not be valid." How to solved this?

Mihoyo's servers are undergoing migration. After they're finished I'll see what I can do.

This issue should now be resolved after the hoyolab server migration. Try updating genshinstats to 1.4.11.1.
