About cookie limit reset time #51

Hello, do you know how exactly cookie limitation will be reset in each day?

I'm guessing mihoyo just collects logs for what users you have queried and at midnight Hong Kong Standard Time, they reset the log allowing you to query new players again.

Considering genshinstats is using a private API without any kind of documentation it is very hard to tell when they reset.
