Automatically spin up Docker/LXC containers for jobs #15

This would help us:

keep the environment clean between jobs (no need for e.g. frequent depclean, or even one after every job - which is expensive)
achieve things like #14 in a cleaner way
set up a new machine more easily? (all they need is Docker or LXC or $TOOL we land on, rather than needing to copy a bunch of Python scripts..)

yup there's also LXD and systemd-nspawn (ugh) which work .. and there's a good argument to use snapshots of a basic chroot/etc image to save on resources/etc. CoW ftw! :grinning:

The efficiency is a good point!
