Deal with timing conflict between Tasks and TickTickSync regarding completion dates

When a task is completed, Tasks adds a completion date at the end of the line. When that happens (before TickTickSync update or after) is indeterminate. This results in stray completion dates on the task line. This results in incorrect date based queries in Tasks.
