Combined with a survey, try and match a hypothesis of where crosswalks might be needed, validated against data / parameters like:

traffic (heat map?)
visibility (paint?)
changes from last time
feedback from the community
population density (heat map?)
proximity to meaningful landmarks? (schools, shopping, parks, etc)
signage, speed bumps

get a hold of these parameters

come up with hypothesis
validate if it's 👍 or 👎
