Summary of Changes

  1. Refactor all LitElement to native HTMLElement and remove lit dependency
  2. Update package.json and README.md accordingly

TODO

  1. [x] Could probably easily remove dependency on plugin-import-css!
  2. [ ] Can we just concact DOM nodes?
