Great! Is this the replacement for Swift Development with Cocoa?

Pretty much! Learning Swift has a different structure to Swift Development with Cocoa, in that it teaches how to build three complete apps that all work together (one on OS X, one on iOS and one on watchOS), whereas Swift Development with Cocoa is more a collection of less closely related topics.
