Hi @theseer. This PR enables support of phpunit-timer v3, and subsequently helps integrate phpdox in applications making use of phpunit 9.

I'll try to look into it over the weekend, but can't make any promises.

As I recommend using the phar distrbution of (my) tools, dependency issues with other tools are of lowest priority to me.
