Documentation pass (WIP) #255

Hi,

My initial intention was to just delete sections about removed packages, and maybe add some backticks to classes and methods that are mentioned.

But in the middle, I realized that a more careful pass was needed. For example, the mentions to FLMaterializer>>globalEnvironment: is now FLConfiguration>>environment:. But didn't have more time, so pushed my changes like it is.

I should be able to continue at some point but if somebody wants to continue this change, welcome, of course :)
