Performance Problems #89

Been getting a lot of reports (#87 #88) about performance problems with duotrigordle, currently it seems to have something to do with the new ad provider. I've reverted the provider back to Google Adsense for now, will investigate the issue further

FWIW, I bought coffee and have ads disabled, but still experience the lag.
