What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Generate Verbose or Extremely verbose logs for a scan.
2. Browse to Log PAge for the Scan
3. Try to copy/paste or browse the logs.
4. Browser Crash! :D
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would like to reliably export the log data from the OpenDLP web interface,
without having to rely on the browser to view the log data.
Another option would be to limit log entries to some maximum number per page,
and add a pager function that would allow the user to page through all the log
entries in the web interface. I would personally prefer the log export
functionality over a pager.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.5.1 Ubuntu 11.04-based VirtualBox VM
Please provide any additional information below.
The requested feature is to have a log export button on the log detail page
that would allow the use to export the log data into a text based format, and
save/download the file to the local host machine being used to access the web
application.
