Allow for first 6/last 4 of primary account number to be displayed #68

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The current version only displays the last four digits of the credit/debit
primary account number (PAN).

Under the PCI DSS, OpenDLP is allowed to display the first 6 digits AND/OR the
last 4 digits. It would be nice to be able to see the first 6 digits of the
PAN as well as the last 4 digits for confirmation that there is a valid BIN.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

v0.4.4 VirtualBox

Good idea. I will fix this in a future release for anything defined as a credit
card in a scan's profile.
