Describe the Feature

Our main need at TSG was to solve some of the problems with our Vue 2.x components, but we are keenly interested in migrating to Vue 3 in the near future. Therefore you, dear reader, can consider Vue 3 support "on the roadmap."

👍 I just put this here for posterity more than anything, for anyone who runs across this project.

Unable to use vue-demi, due to our use of components. So we will reopen this issue and publish a vue3 branch in the future.
