Add test case for Keyword Detection for ADSP in D0i3 and system in S0 #445

To add an automated case for testing Keyword Detection for ADSP in D0i3 while the system is in S0.

The target platforms for this new case are JSL RVP and TGL RVP at first, and may be apply to other Chrome devices later.
