Pulseaudio/pipewire coverage

To test with both aplay/arecord and paplay/parecord we need to have tools that can:

• [ ] check pulseaudio status
• [ ] enable/disable pulseaudio
• [ ] Download UCM and install it to DUT
• [ ] check UCM status
• [ ] Error handling if UCM is not available
• [ ] check pcm in-use status

how to sync the software version, it will cause the different behavior of script
current pulseaudio disable function still have some problem
it seems have different behavior on the different machine when I check on the target machine
so here UCM also need update

As automation script need to sync for different behavior and handle it

on the other hand, different issue of linux & different install/update time also will cause software different behavior

@Bin-QA I will check whether we can still test pulseaudio without UCM. Can you check enable/disable pulseaudio function failure? At least that functions should be rock solid to begin with.
