Lmic supports Class-A and Class-B

downlinks only node uplinks,

Class-C is everythime connected node, so anytime recieve message instantly update code for example

on lights on streets

close engine electricty

but it only runs on Class-C ,

is your repo supports Class-C

Okay - I am not sure I follow how this relates to a simple (de-)serialization library?
