Need control to set time to check for and download updates #58

I am on Wireless internet, which is quota based.
I need a control to set the time of the day that is off peak and Google Update 
can go ahead to check for and download updates without hitting my peak hour 
quota.
E.g. for Windows Updates, the downloading can be controlled using the BITS keys 
in the registry.

I expect software called "Software installer and auto-updater for Windows" to 
have this kind of control.
