Footprints without schematic designator are ignored #62

Hi All, I've made a PcbDoc with a single footprint. There was no pcb project and no schematic. Altium2Kicad ignored this footprint. When I then double clicked the footprint in Altium, and types something in the Designator field under "Schematic Reference Information", the footprint was imported.

I think the convert script should have used the "Designator" field instead.
