added <lib>: in front of non-cache device (kicad5) #77

i added the library name in front of power devices for schematic components, e.g. "power:GND" instead of "GND". devices in cache libraries remained the same since they are rescued automatically when you open the schematic. I also added some voltage values which are different from older kicad versions.

i haven't run into a altium negative voltage yet so i haven't added a section for them
