Hello!

Is there any config file for navigation?

And there is a about title in the main page. It's linked with your github page. Can i change it to my about page?

Sure, you can change anything you want - its really up to you. For the navigation, there is no config file. Look for the template the renders the navigation and add or remove as you see fit. Hope you enjoy this theme :)
