When I was doing Chinese translation, I also found several places that have errors or can be improved.

Except added zh.json, following are the changes I've made:

Add a "Toggle" prefix to hide UI at specific zoom keybind.
Swap the wrong "Max Zoom in" and "Max Zoom out" translations (and the relevant code).
Format the display floating numbers to percentage. (e.g. 0.15 -> 15%)
Fix the i18n translation texts do not actual display.

Great stuff added, and nice catch on those bugs, noticed them myself today but you got to it first
