Add static HTML from "Designer" #11

Add 2 pages for Home and Members
Add CSS and image files

@petros I am going to merge all the "step" branches in my fork from 01 to 06 so that everyone can see the steps as I presented during the last meetup.

Can I merge them all by myself (for speeding up) or do you prefer to review them (as the normal procedure wouls be) ?

Oh! I just saw the branch name. Yea go ahead and merge this one. No need to review them at this point.
