Very high ram usage on Windows 10

Environment

• OS/Distribution: Windows 10
• Hardware: Laptop with Intel HD Graphics 630 and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050
• Chiaki 1.3.0

Describe the bug After connecting to PS4, Chiaki is taking all available ram on my laptop.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open app
2. Connect to console

Expected behavior Chiaki should not use all available ram.

Additional context I can't test if this problem is present in lower versions of Chiaki, because I have upgraded my PS4 to version 8.0.
