Can't connect to PS4 from Windows 7 x64. Android version works fine.

Environment

OS/Distribution: Windows 7 ultimate x64
Hardware: Radeon X1650 with microsoft WDDM driver
Exact Version or Commit Hash and Installation Method: Chiaki-v1.3.0-Windows-x86_64.zip

Describe the bug Chiaki crashes when I try to connect to ps4

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to program folder
Click on chiaki.exe
Attemp to connect to ps4
Stream window opens to connect to ps4, but hangs for about 10 seconds, then get error message [Window Title] chiaki.exe [Main Instruction] chiaki.exe has stopped working [Content] A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Please close the program. [Close the program]

Expected behavior program should connect to ps4

Radeon X1650 seems quite old, the crash might be because it doesn't support OpenGL 3.2 Core Profile. Please check that this is available.
