Theta Guardian Testnet GUI doesn't work on Windows #5

I've just downloaded and installed theta guardian testnet GUI on the windows. But it doesn't work for long time. I've also tried to do this long time ago. What is that issue? It is still showing me "Downloading snapshot" for 6months.

Dear Theta labs develoment team. For theta developer, please try to help theta testnet guardian node and let me know how to staking theta token to guardian node in the smart contract. Thanks
