How can I get the code to make public addresses for the theta token? #24

I am interested in getting a public address automatically in python code from 12 words that I enter as a mnemonic. Is this possible?

It's a demo where you can generate wallets in java.

(I don't know much about it actually, but the wallet seems to be the same as ethereum, so maybe research into that)
