Can't withdraw from my wallet red (!) With no explanation

I have now encountered a problem with Theta Trezor Hardware wallet. I can login to the trezor wallet and obtain the addresses showing all Theta and Tfuel, thats all fine. The problem happens when I try to send or stake . When I go to confirm in web wallet to make a transfer it briefly goes to the prompt screen and should activate trezor wall for a key prompt. It does not do this and brings up some error at the top of the web wallet screen and thats it. Does nothing. This problem just occurred so not sure I have tried disabling pop-up blocker different browsers and even different Trezor Devices. Please help, not able to move anything from any of my web wallets.

Same issue here. I see a favicon missing error in browser debug console. Maybe trezor website changed icon name or size. It also only asks to unlock as read only instead of write and read when sending. Issue appears in Chrome, Brave, Firefox on windows 10 and 7 with Trezor. Appears to be the same issue as #53.

https://github.com/jieyilong Is there any get around, to access my wallet? Do you have any sense of when this problem will be figured out it's left me in a pretty tough spot, not being able to access my funds. Please let me know if you have some sense of how long it will take to fix this problem?

If you need immediate access you can import your Trezor seed phrase to a Ledger device, then use the Theta Web wallet to access your Theta wallet address that way. We will update the community shortly once the issue is fixed.
