Unable to send TFuel from my Theta Trezor Hardware Wallet. #57

I am having issues with the Theta Trezor Hardware wallet. I'm using the Trezor Model T. I am unable to send TFuel. It displays an error dialogue box with no text. I've noticed another user with the same issue. Has this been resolved?

Thanks for the information, but I am currently using the latest firmware version for the Model T. I reinstalled it anyways and I'm still experiencing the same issue. I currently have a ticket with Trezor as well. Hopefully they have a solution.

Hello, I have the same issue with my theta Trezor Hardware Wallet: I'm not able to withdraw my Tfuel. Can you help me please to fix that issue? Thanks!

@jieyilong - Running into the same issue. I captured the network tab and seeing a 400 network error and also a "Missing chainId parameter" warning.

@pedrohflopez that guy was a scammer, who created an account with the same name and picture as @jieyilong Always check who you talking to - just look at the user profile here and make sure he is a part of Theta Labs.
