remove the extra character in the aws console switch role link. IDK how i missed this....................

Let's add what we need in this PR so that the asset contribution instructions are clear and reasonably self-contained. @LordDeatHunter

Maybe adding .aws to .gitignore for people following the guide :)

TODO: Add a short summary of this guide, with DESTINATION being the Thetawave asset storage.
