All sections of the README updated.

Two gameplay gifs in s3 promo/gameplay_1.gif promo/gameplay_2.gif
- I used blue-recorder to record the window
- Then I used gifski to optimize and scale to 400px wide: gifski --width 400 -o gameplay_1.gif input.gif

I would see if we can use mp4, (animated) webp, or webm. I have been happy with Gnome Screenshot which outputs to webm by default.

webm is unfortunately unsupported and I tried mp4 and didn't like the result. If you check the commit history you can see this.
