Create "Jellyfish" Boss #95

People seem to really like the "Crustling" mobs. We should create a miniboss based off of the mob.

Ideas copied from discord:

  1. the eyes on the side get activated after the boss takes X damage (can have another sprite with closed eyes), and they shoot laser attacks
  2. the "fangs" on the bottom have an occasional "suction" attack, and deal massive damage if you get in contact with that part of the boss
  3. tentacles (not in image, will make 2-3 samples and do some animation magic on them) keep sprouting from the boss and flailing around
