Notepad++ plugin grabs Ctrl+Alt+D and Ctrl+Alt+A outside Notepad++ #172

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using zen-coding plugin with Notepad++ and any other program that use
the same keys bidings.

When I use Inkscape 'Ctrl+Alt+A' and 'Ctrl+Alt+D' get stuck with Notepad++.
Closing Notepad++ solves the problem, but sometimes I need both programs
opened together.

I'm using version 0.6.1 of the plugin

Correction: the keys are "Ctrl+Shift+A" and "Ctrl+Shift+D"!

This is a NppScripting and Notepad++ issue. The last one doesn't allow 
developers to register local shortcuts so 
NppScripting register global ones. N++ requires patching to solve this problem
