Missing "Expand Abbreviation" command in TextMate #194

I've installed the latest Zen-Code TextMate bundle (1.3.1) and am trying to 
change the "expand abbreviation" shortcut. However, when I expand the Zen 
Coding item in the Bundle Editor, the "Expand Abbreviation" command does not 
show up.  See attached screenshot... any ideas?

You need to install Zen Coding bundle (Zen HTML is a set of plain snippets)
