Feature Request: Configgable "Disable Thirst" #13

More and more, I'm seeing the need to be able to disable the effects of Thirst via config. A few others on the forum have echoed the same thing.

Please make it possible/configgable to disable the "thirst" component of the mod, especially handy for testing purposes… but also so that if desired, the user can use the mod as a "drinks mod", without the consequences of the thirst.

Does it need to be player based; disabling thirst only affects the individual player? I could add an in-game option for admins of the server to disable thirst for any player.

Server-wide disable is what I had in mind.
