Blocks don't overlap as per the reference image #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Place multiple blocks around one another

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The blocks should over lap as per
http://lostgarden.com/uploaded_images/Mockup-741057.jpg
but don't, instead each block image is always full visable.
