Reaver 1.4 Warning timeout occurred problem #225

Hi guys,I am running backtrack 4r2 and backtrack 5r1 through virtualbox,I use a 
alfa awus036H and a ralink rtl2800 usb adapters,I am using reaver 1.4,
when i use wash -i mon0 there are 3 aps

root@bt:~# wash -i mon0

I keep getting this when i use backtrack 4r2 and backtrack 5r1,i know 2 of the 
aps are bad signal -55 and -72 but i got good signal with them before so the 
one i used is a strong signal,Im not very familiar with using linux os so if 
anyone could help me id appreciate it alot,would like to use reaver with ease 
and no errors.thanks

I was having the same issues, I'm using BT5R2-Gnome-32 and an Alfa AWUS036NH. 
It was doing a very fast 1 second per key, and after 5 mins or so I got that 
timeout. I tried spoofing the mac with a different one should the router have 
locked out my mac, but to no avail I still have the time out. I tried waiting 
an hour or so maybe the lockout will lift, but I still can't continue trying 
pins.
