5. What is the entire command line string you are supplying to reaver?
reaver -i mon0 -b B4:82:FE:FA:D9:55 -vv 
also i tried options -L -T2 -E

stuck at 90.90 % same pin

6. Please describe what you think the issue is.
probalbly wps is turned of? wash says > WPS Locked > yes , so it should be 
possible ?  / or thomson router gets locked or my pci card Atheros AR2425   ath5k 
is not good ?

I have the same problem! I think the new firmware locks the WPS for many 
hours...
