Black bar at the Bottom #540

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install Wiiflow
2.Load Wiiflow

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect to see covers and reflections reaching bottom of page
I see instead a clear black section at the bottom of the tv, that hides the 
mouse and Reflections and covers

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Wiiflow v3.1 Alpha r418 IOS 249 base 56 v8

Wii system menu 4.3E

Please provide any additional information below.

It blocks everything and ruins the aesthetically pleasing gui you have created

Must have a messed up theme or sometihng, invalid as noone else has had that 
issue.

I have seen at least one other person on gbatemp.com have exactly the same 
issue actually And I have installed other themes they are all like it even the 
originaL. I have tried t reinstall it i.e. new boot.dol that still gives me 
this problem. It isnt invalid. Its a real problem

Ok so I see exact same issue apparently fixed here:

I've followed the links but I'm having trouble with it? 
Do I need a Pal version of Wiiflow? :/
