Optional possibility of counting in for a selectable number of bars before the actual metronome pattern starts.

Thanks for the suggestion. For the current version this is not so easy to integrate with the UI. But I am currently thinking of a complete overhaul of the UI, which might make this possible. Unfortunately, this will take time.
