Add volunteering opportunities to about page #623

Perhaps in the about us page we could add a section clearly outlining volunteering opportunities, schedules, on-site locations, and sign up procedures for those interested.

This is a good idea. We have discussed adding more volunteering info to the website and there are some folks that want to get our new volunteer process more established before adding anything.
